Identity of victim released in Lumpkin County crash
Access North Georgia Bannister said Koehn lived on Ben West Road. Three others, one a passenger in Koehn's vehicle and two people in the other vehicle, were hospitalized. The Georgia State Patrol would not release further details of the accident. |
