Officials: Army Deserter Tried To Kill Self, Ex-Girlfriend
WESH Orlando Betancourt's brother said he is in intensive care after shooting himself. He is under the custody of corrections officers. If he survives, the Army plans to extradite Betancourt to Fort Stewart, Georgia. There, he will face federal felony charges. |
