COLQUITT COUNTY, GA (WALB) – State troopers are investigating an overnight car crash in Colquitt County that killed a man and injured three other people.
Troopers say 31-year-old Latasha Roberson was driving a Ford Explorer south on highway 133 north of Berlin when she ran off the road and over corrected.
The SUV spun, overturned and ejected her. 23-year old Patrick Walker who was in the back seat, died three hours later at the hospital.
The front seat passenger, 28-year-old Tiona Fonder, was the only one wearing a seatbelt.
She was treated and released from the hospital. The driver was taken to Macon Medical Center for pelvic injuries.
No word on her condition. Charges are pending in the case.
