SAGINAW, MI — An auto accident involving three vehicles resulted in two fatalities and three injuries near the intersection of Gratiot and Center in Saginaw Township.

Saginaw Township police said two of the vehicles were traveling eastbound and the other westbound on Gratiot around 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20 when a head-on collision occurred. The crash closed Gratiot between Davis Drive and Golfview Drive as personnel from the Saginaw County Sheriff’s Department, Saginaw Township Fire and Police departments and Mobile Medical Response responded.
